	ORGANIZATIONAL PROGRAM The changing nature of urban education has created a patchwork of competing priorities for limited funding in pursuit of the lofty goal of preparing every student to be “college and career ready”. Urban students present with a plethora of challenges as well as unique gifts. Paradigms must be responsive to 21st century urban education. Urban educators must be extremely well prepared, committed and focused. All practices within the organization must be aligned. All members of the organization must be conversant with its values and goals.
